While this development affects part of our current network, we want to assure you that we have been working proactively to not only address this situation but to emerge in a stronger position.

TPA Program Updates

Claims Management Fees: May activity fees that would typically be invoiced in June will not be assessed

Relationship Status: All Rite Aid relationships were placed on hold as of May 7, 2025

The 5/16 export file has been sent but may be smaller than usual or blank due to the relationship hold

All Rite Aid exports will cease effective May 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM
