As you may be aware, Rite Aid has filed for bankruptcy and will be undergoing significant operational changes. While this development affects part of our current network, we want to assure you that we have been working proactively to not only address this situation but to emerge in a stronger position.

Administrative Fee Review: CaptureRx accounting department is evaluating administrative fee minimums and overall program performance

New Pharmacy Opportunities: The business development team is actively exploring alternative pharmacy partnerships
TPA Program Updates

Claims Management Fees: May activity fees that would typically be invoiced in June will not be assessed

Relationship Status: All Rite Aid relationships were placed on hold as of May 7, 2025

Export Files:

The 5/16 export file has been sent but may be smaller than usual or blank due to the relationship hold

All Rite Aid exports will cease effective May 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM

CaptureRx will reassess the need for a final export once additional information is received from Rite Aid
