In order to assure pharmacy registration, you’ll need to meet 340B program deadlines established by the Office of Pharmacy Affairs (OPA) for covered entity and contract pharmacy registration. Here’s what you’ll need to do:

Review and return agreements to Rite Aid by 1st day of HRSA open registration date. January, April, July, & October
