CaptureRx Privacy Notice for California Residents

This CaptureRx Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in the Privacy Notice of NEC Networks LLC dba CaptureRx (“we”, “us” or “our”) and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

Technologies and Partners We Use

Advertising and analytics: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag.

Tag management: Google Tag Manager.

Email marketing: Brevo, which we use for marketing emails that may measure opens and clicks.

Security and abuse prevention: reCAPTCHA.

Session analytics and diagnostics: Microsoft Clarity, which records page interaction information such as clicks, scrolls, and basic device and technical data. We configure masking on form fields designed to capture sensitive text.

Website tracking and analytics technologies:

  • First-party cookies for session management and user preferences
  • Third-party cookies for analytics and advertising optimization
  • JavaScript tags and pixels for conversion tracking and site analytics
  • Local storage for maintaining user preferences and session data
  • Server logs that automatically collect IP addresses, browser types, and page requests

How We Disclose Personal Information

We disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers and contractors that host and operate our site, secure it, provide analytics, email and customer communications, customer support, and related services under contracts that restrict how they can use personal information.
  • Advertising and analytics partners as described above, which may use their own cookies and identifiers to provide services to us and others. California may treat these disclosures as a sale or sharing of personal information.
  • Analytics and optimization partners that help us understand site usage and improve user experience, including session replay services that record anonymized user interactions (with sensitive data masked).

We do not disclose personal information to data brokers.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by the CPRA, such as:

We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about individuals.
