1. To open the Cumulus® web application, go to the same location as always: https://client.capturerx.com/
  2. On the login screen, enter your existing User ID (email address) and password, and click “Log In.”
  3. An email with a security code will automatically be sent to you, and the following screen will open:
  4. Check the inbox associated with your Cumulus account to find the security code email. The code is good for 30 minutes. The email will look like this:
  5. You can either copy and paste the code (recommended as the fast and easy method), or manually type it into the “Security Code” field.

  6. Click the “Submit” button. Cumulus will open if the security code matches.
    Note: The entire process from clicking “Log In” to “Submit” with Cumulus opening typically takes less than 30 seconds.
  7. If the security code has expired or was entered incorrectly, you will see the following message:
    invalid code
  8. If you accidentally entered the wrong code, just re-enter the correct code and click “Submit.”
  9. If the code has expired (it’s been over 30 minutes since you entered your login credentials to get the code), please click “Resend Code” to receive another email with a new security code.
  10. Clicking the “Cancel” button will take you back to the login screen where you enter your login credentials.
