Lia has spent the past 20 years in various healthcare roles, building a diverse foundation of industry knowledge. Her experience spans Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy, Long-Term Care, Wholesalers, Medical Claims Auditing, and most recently, four years specializing in 340B.

As Vice President of Pharmacy Sales at CaptureRx, Lia leads key elements of our pharmacy sales strategy, including:

• Expanding our contract pharmacy network
• Driving territory growth
• Building strong client partnerships
• Supporting successful client outcomes

Lia takes a proactive, collaborative approach and is passionate about meeting client needs with excellence and efficiency.

Professionally, Lia is most excited about building genuine relationships with our clients, getting to know them personally and understanding the specific needs of their health centers.

To her, this speaks to the balance between drive and empathy, pushing through challenges with determination while remaining grounded in kindness and understanding. It’s a great reminder that success isn’t just about outcomes, but also how we treat people along the way.

Lia is very involved in dog rescue in Phoenix, Arizona, where she lives. She volunteers with a nonprofit that pulls sick or scared dogs from the euthanasia list at the Maricopa County shelter. Outside of that, she loves camping, paddleboarding, cooking, and gardening.
