Early Career With over 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, Marsha has built her human resources career in the computer solutions and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining CaptureRx, she served as Sr. Director of People & Culture for Kiolbassa Smoked Meats, Human Resource Manager for Futaba Industrial Texas, Sirius Computer Solutions, and Alcoa, Inc. In these roles, she was responsible for employee relations, benefit and compensation administration, talent acquisition and development, payroll, safety, workers compensation, HR related compliance, community involvement, and succession planning.

Marsha started her career working for Clarke American Checks where she held multiple positions. While at Clarke American Checks, she helped implement new innovative printing and boxing equipment and contributed to their journey to win the Texas Quality Award and the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award.

Marsha is responsible for all facets of Human Resources and Organizational Development. This includes leading the execution of the HR and OD strategic plans, partnering with the Executive team to establish and implement key HR and OD initiatives, and achieving HR and OD objectives and approaches with an emphasis on:

• Master’s degree in executive leadership from Liberty University in Lynchburg Virginia
• Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology and development from University of the Incarnate Word with the Magna Cum Laude distinction in San Antonio Texas
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI)
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)

Marsha enjoys spending time with her 3 grandchildren, fishing, hunting, and traveling.
