Guidance to 340B providers in Hawaii

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra has declared a Public Health Emergency (PHE) for the state of Hawaii to address the impact of wildfires with an effective date of: August 8, 2023. Therefore, eligible entities in Hawaii may immediately enroll for the 340B Program during the Public Health Emergency Declaration by the Secretary, rather than having to wait for the normal quarterly registration period. We believe this will enable these entities to meet the needs of the residents affected by the disaster.
