ACE Spotlight - Ginny Arvizu

One of those employees is Ginny Arvizu. We interviewed Ginny to discuss why she chose to become 340B ACE certified and what she hopes to accomplish now that she is.

1. How long have you been working at CaptureRx?

“October 5th, 2015 – June 13th, 2018 **ended employment to work for the government for two years then…came back to CaptureRx on May 1st, 2020. =sum(3.5 years total)”

2. What do you do at CaptureRx?

“Data Analyst for New Clients in Implementation and Data Integration for Existing/Live Clients”

3. What are your Hobbies?

“Gardening and raising my four children while drinking coffee“

4. Why did you choose to get Ace Certified?

“I wanted to become a recognized expert in 340B Compliance. In the Air Force, we always pushed for certifications that enhanced our knowledge and skills. This seemed like the best opportunity to improve my skills and familiarity with the 340B program for our Clients.“

5. What do you like most about working at Capture?

“I truly believe in the 340B program and the savings that go to all Covered Entities to help promote healthier communities and underprivileged people within those areas. This program that we are helping our Clients receive savings for, allows them to expand clinical operations and staff. Over the years, I have met with and worked with so many people that have made it so amazing to work here and made the culture so fabulous. However, with Julie Lui as my mentor since Day 1, I really would not have the tenacity and reinforced learning I have today, and I also love the coffee machines in the office and the old free hockey games! WOOHOO, MORE COWBELL!!!”
