Capture Cares Grants

Community Mission Grants

Value of $10,000 – $25,000
Your organization’s unique mission and objectives will define exactly how each Community Mission Grant is used. Is your mission centered around helping indigent communities? Then, perhaps you wish to set up a food pantry, or grooming services for the homeless. On the other hand, your patients may have difficulty reaching your clinics. Your goal may be to set up Mobile Clinics that can reach your most remote patients. Whether it’s a big project or a small community-based event, we want to give you the opportunity to fulfill your mission.

340B ACE Buddy Grants

Value of $500 for Apexus certification + mentorship by an ACE Expert Buddy

ACE Buddy is a new program for 2020 Capture Cares designed to help employees become ACE certified. This grant will partially fund the cost of Apexus Certification and provides a CaptureRx ACE certified expert to help you or one of your staff pass with flying colors.

 340B Audit Grants

Value up to $10,000

PatientCraft will work with your organization to conduct a comprehensive 340B HRSA mock audit based on HRSA audit expectations. The objective of the mock audit is to assess your organization’s preparedness for an HRSA audit – from a review of your organization’s ability to avoid of duplicate discounts, accuracy of the 340B record and policy and procedures, to an examination of reports available in your TPA 340B software, configurations or filters you’re applying, and 340B staff education, just to name a few.

Seed Grants

Value up to $20,000
Hundreds of grants go unclaimed every year due to the complexity and costs associated with the process. Capture Cares Seed Grants provide you with a team of experts who will consult with your organization and provide the tools, data and processes necessary to successfully apply for substantial grants. So, focus on what you do best – caring for your patients. We’ll focus on helping you obtain grants that can help you further your organization’s mission.

Medication Adherence Grants

Value of $15,000 – $20,000
Medication Adherence Grants will be awarded to organizations that wish to learn to implement best practices in Medication Adherence and improve outcomes by helping patients manage medication regimes.

Marketing Video Grants

Value up to $10,000
If a picture tells a thousand words, then a video tells a thousand stories. We want to capture your story and how you’ve helped your community using 340B. This grant will send a professional video crew to your location to film an inspiring story of your choice and brand it to promote your organization. For example, the story can be based on one of your patients, a program you’ve done, how you’ve helped your community and how 340B has enabled it.
