One of those employees is Joe Seif. We interviewed Joe to discuss why he chose to become ACE certified and what he hopes to accomplish.

1. How long have you been working at CaptureRx?
“4 years.”
2. What do you do at CaptureRx?
“I started my career at CaptureRx as a Strategic Account Executive and most recently serve as Director, Strategic Accounts. My team and I support our largest and most strategic accounts, optimizing their 340B networks, maximizing 340B savings, and guiding clients to have the most compliant program possible.”
3. What are your Hobbies?
“I enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures, being outdoors to camp, hike or disc golf, play tennis, and socialize with friends and families, near and far.”
4. Why did you choose to get Ace Certified?
“I wanted to get my ACE certification to solidify my 340B experiences in contract pharmacy and the rules and guidelines from HRSA, while gaining additional knowledge around 340B that isn’t covered on the day to day operations from the 340B Administrator perspective. Having the ACE certification will give me a better understanding of the whole picture needed to be a 340B trusted advisor for our clients.”
5. What do you like most about working at Capture?
“We have a great group of people at CaptureRx that really are passionate about this industry and want to help our customers and their customers: the patients. I really enjoy working with our clients the most, growing their networks and maximizing their 340B programs to better serve their community.”
