FamilyCare provides services to over 33,000 unique patients annually, resulting in approximately 125,000 visits to the health center. Half of those patients fall under 100% of the federal poverty level.
As the recipient of a Capture Cares Grant, FamilyCare used its grant to create an introductory video to attract new patients.
